Somatune Therapeutics offers safely skilled, presence-based somatic inquiry for humans feeling overstimulated, mentally fragmented, emotionally depleted, or out of rhythm with life as a whole.


This space supports reconnection to the natural breathe, nervous system resiliency and direct awareness to inner life and surroundings.



Sessions unfold simply, gently, and slowly, guided by what's arising naturally and present.

Sessions may be

supportive if you:


feel physically tense, emotionally heavy, or mentally scattered



are moving through a transition and need space to rest and restore


feel overstimulated by constant input and pressure to perform or pretend through non-sensical systems.



are drawn to a co-creative, organic, presence-based approach with light guidance (where you can find your own ground)


value direct somatic experience over excessive mental techniques or outdated belief systems


This may not be supportive if you are seeking temporary relief, okay with hearsay information, routine methods, or constant directive instruction.

Somatic inquiry

  • “Somatic” - body-based, relating to sensations, movement, posture, and the lived experience of the body.


  • “Inquiry” - gentle exploration or noticing rather than analysis or fixing.


  • Together: it’s a practice of paying attention to what your body is experiencing in the present moment, with curiosity and openness.


Nervous system settling

  • The nervous system regulates stress, energy, and alertness.


  • “Settling” means calming patterns of tension, hypervigilance, or emotional overwhelm, allowing the body and mind to find balance and ease.

Attuned presence

  • “Attuned” - finely tuned awareness of your inner life and environment in response (or reactivity) to "others", systems, environments, etc.


  • “Presence” - being fully here and conscious


  • Together: the sessions cultivate a quality of connection and attention that is responsive, grounded, real and conscious rather than artificially reactive or drama-based.


Embodied awareness

  • Awareness that is felt through the body, not just mentally understood.



  • Means experiencing life from inside the body, noticing sensations, breath, posture, and movement, rather than only thinking about experience.

It’s a practice that helps you slow down, feel your body, calm your nervous system, and be fully present in your lived experience---without coercive socio-cultural-commercial programming, rigid instructions, conceptual time-bound goals, or external agendas.

Practical Exchange for Sessions

Session fees are offered as a straightforward exchange for time, presence, skill, and the resources required to sustain the practice and its tools.


Online sessions: $125-150

Mobile sessions (Greenville, SC): $175-200

Somatic Self Inquiry Online Session | Flexible


Sessions center on attunement with the body, nervous system, and subtle energetic states. Sessions support the integration of all aspects of inner life in a steady, embodied way.



Each session offers a blend of mind–body integration and direct somatic experience, with emphasis on nonverbal, felt perception.


Sessions are experiential and attunement-based. I listen beyond words, attending to subtle cues in the body, breath, and emotional tone as they arise in the present moment. A steady, transparent connection supports a sense of safety, allowing the work to unfold in a non-dogmatic, organic, and responsive way.


Nothing is imposed or interpreted, presence guides the process.


Sessions often support a gradual return to body awareness and internal coherence. This may be accompanied by integrative elements such as emotional clearing-balancing- trauma dissolving, heart-centered attunement, somatic integration, mind–body reconnection, or somatic meditation.

Somatic Sound Session | 2 Hour Timeframe (Mobile in Local Conscious Community)



Somatic Sound Sessions are fully clothed and include nervous system attunement, intuitive movement, natural breathe connection, vibrational sound frequencies with Zen Tibetan Bowls or wide range of Biosonic Tuning Forks.
